About the Association
The Master Property Owners Association is run by elected Starkey Ranch residents, with day-to-day management by Greenacre Properties.
Who we are
Resident-led since 2021
The MPOA is responsible for maintaining compliance with the established Declaration of Easements, Covenants, and Restrictions — including the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
In November 2021, the MPOA Board was turned over to the community. It consists of elected residents who have volunteered to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association.

Architectural Review Board (ARB)
The Architectural Review Board (ARB) reviews and approves exterior changes to your home and lot before work begins, including paint, fences, driveways, landscaping, and pools. The ARB helps maintain a consistent community appearance and ensures proposed changes comply with the community’s Design Guidelines.
ARB approval is separate from any county permits, so you may need to obtain both. The ARB meets weekly at the Welcome Center on Fridays at 3:00 PM.
Covenant Enforcement Committee (CEC)
The Covenant Enforcement Committee (CEC) conducts hearings when the Association proposes a fine or suspension for a rules violation. Residents receive at least 14 days’ notice and an opportunity to present their side before any fine or suspension is imposed.
CEC members are resident volunteers appointed by the Board but cannot be Association officers, Directors, or employees, providing an independent panel to hear each case. Following the hearing, the CEC issues a written decision within 30 days.
The CEC meets as needed, typically monthly.

Volunteer
Both committees are staffed by resident volunteers appointed by the Board to serve one-year terms. Past experience with plans or applications is helpful but not required. To be considered, complete a candidate application and return it to community management with a one-page information sheet about yourself.
